Information Collected or Received
To use the Site, you must have a valid email address and create an account with
us (Account) by providing complete and accurate registration information.
Account information includes the following: username, telephone number, email
address, a physical address, and payment information. You also have the option
of including a photograph and a description. All information provided or made
available by you or your affiliates to Markedible and its users must at all times be
accurate and complete. Markedible owns the information collected on the Site
and reserves the right to utilize and manipulate the data it collects. Your personal
payment information will be used to complete transactions you initiate.
Your username is publicly displayed and connected to your Markedible activity.
Other users will see the date you joined, ratings, reviews and related photos for
items you purchased or sold; your profile information; items you listed for sale;
your shop pages and policies; your favorites, followers and those you follow; sold
item listings and the number of items sold; and comments you post in our
community spaces. You may optionally choose to provide and publicly display a
photograph and description that includes other personal information (such as
birthday, gender, etc).
You may connect to Markedible by using your Facebook or Twitter account, in
which case Markedible may receive information from that other service, as

Uses and Sharing
Markedible owns the information collected on the Site and reserves the right to
utilize and manipulate the data its collects. Your personal payment information
will not be used for anything other than the transactions that you initiate. We use
the information that we gather from users in a number of ways. For example, if
you purchase an item, we’ll share your shipping information with the seller; we
may use your forum suggestions to improve our services; we use data analytics
for targeted online and offline marketing; and we use your email address to
communicate with you. We also partner with service providers and other third
parties that collect, use, and analyze information about Markedible members and

in your account settings. Markedible automatically receives and records
information from your browser or your mobile device when you visit the site, such
as your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies and data about which
pages you visit on the Site and stores it in log files. We may combine this

This information helps us to prevent fraud and keep the Site secure, analyze and
understand how the Site works for users, and provide a more personalized
experience for users as well. You may limit certain tracking by disabling cookies

You may choose to share some of your activity on Markedible on social media
networks that are connected to your Markedible account. You can modify your
settings and revoke your permission under your account settings for those

Markedible features, such as when a non-member subscribes to a Markedible

We know that members of our community value having control over their own

remove content from community spaces and to use content posted on the Site

received. You have a limited license to use that information only for
Markedible-related communications or for Markedible-facilitated

items or services to you through Markedible’s services. Markedible may also
provide services or sell products jointly with affiliated businesses. When an
affiliated business is associated with your transaction, we may share information
related to the transaction to facilitate the transaction.

be aggregated and anonymized, so personally identifiable information is not
